Dramatic Theatre
The Vardan Ajemian State Drama Theatre of Gyumri is one of the most important cultural institutions in Armenia and a key cultural symbol of the city. The theatre was founded in 1865, making it one of the oldest continuously operating theatres in the country. The theatre is named after renowned director and theatre figure Vardan Ajemian, who made a significant contribution to the development of Armenian theatre. KumKuma Photo Zone
The KumKuma photo zone is located in the courtyard of KumKuma Restaurant, in the historical and cultural center of Gyumri. The image is taken from a scene of the well-known Armenian film “The Tango of Our Childhood,” which is closely connected with Gyumri’s atmosphere, local character, and memorable figures. The photo zone was created as a small photo spot for visitors.
